Prices and Delivery Charges
Prices and delivery charges shown on this website are updated on a regular basis, but due to currency fluctuation could be incorrect or out of date at the time of order, we will confirm current prices, stocks and delivery arrangements when we contact you.
Goods
1. All goods remain the property of Blackheart Tattoo Supplies until paid for in full.
2. At Blackheart Tattoo Supplies we try to ensure that all items displayed online are readily available. However our prices remain highly competitive because our stock sells so quickly and is replaced by new items. Whilst every effort will be made to meet delivery time/dates, we do not accept liability for the consequences of any delay.
3. Measurements and Specifications are approximate only and may be subject to change.
4. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are unable to agree arrangements, conditions, price, delivery, payment, etc.
5. We reserve the right to substitute items as stock requires, all items sent will be of similar value, quality and fit for purpose.
Payment
Payment, is required before any goods are dispatched.
Credit or Debit Cards Blackheart Tattoo Supplies accepts most credit/debit cards, in addition to PayPal.
Cheques and PO we accept cheques, but we wait for bank clearance before goods are dispatched. Please make cheques/PO payable to "Blackheart Tattoo Supplies".

Delivery
Blackheart Tattoo Supplies orders can normally be despatched for next working day delivery on orders received by 1500 (Monday to Friday only). We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee to always achieve the above. Goods are not dispatched or delivered on Saturdays or bank holidays.
Our Returns Policy
Blackheart Tattoo Supplies will exchange or refund in full (by the method of original payment) for goods in perfect condition and returned within 7 days. Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased, just return it to us in its original condition within 7 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item(s). This does not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
We will not refund items that have been used, opened or that have been ordered without care.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please ensure that you wrap the package securely as you remain responsible for the item until it is received by us.
Please also make sure that all items returned to us are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service ensures that you are insured for loss should the item not reach us for any reason.
